It sits in a shallower recess than the 60.3 x 15mm version, which matters when the void behind the board is tight. If your LED strip is wider than 12.5mm, fit the \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/atomled.co.uk\/products\/straight-plaster-in-aluminium-led-profile-2-metre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003e60.3 x 15mm straight plaster-in profile\u003c\/a\u003e instead — that one takes strip up to 15mm.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eStraight runs only.\u003c\/strong\u003e This is a rigid extrusion. It holds a dead-straight line across its full length, which is what long ceiling slots, perimeter details and mitred corners need. Wet plaster works into the retaining lips, dries hard, and the cover will then refuse to clip in cleanly.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eFor a dot-free line, use LED strip with at least 120 LEDs per metre, or a \u003ca href=\"https:\/\/atomled.co.uk\/collections\/cob-led-strip-lights-24v-48v-dotfree\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"\u003eDC voltage COB LED strip\u003c\/a\u003e.
