Our RGBW (Warm White 3000K) Horizontal Bend (Side Bend) LED Neon Flex is built for outdoor and architectural projects where the lighting needs to follow a flat curve — think decking edges, pergola frames, wall borders, and garden paths. It runs on 48V DC with 90 RGBW LEDs per metre, producing up to 880 lumens of light per metre. At just 16W per metre it's bright without being expensive to run. Cut it every 16.7cm to match your exact length.
It works equally well in homes and commercial settings — decking, pergolas, garden features, hotels, restaurants, and retail displays. A single run reaches up to 20 metres from one power point, or 40 metres when powered from both ends, so most projects need only one driver.
The outer sleeve is silicone — UV-resistant, flame-retardant, and saltwater-resistant, so it won't crack, fade, or degrade from outdoor exposure. It carries an IP67 Waterproof rating, meaning it's fully sealed against dust and handles rain and temporary splashing without any issues. The end connectors are injection-moulded silicone for a secure, weatherproof seal. It operates from −40°C to +45°C, covering everything from hard UK winters to hot summer days.
Please note: This is a standard RGBW neon flex. It is not a pixel-addressable (digital or chasing-effects) strip.

Cutting
Cut every 16.7cm (marked on the strip). Cuts are at fixed intervals — do not cut between marks. We can also supply custom lengths cut to your exact requirement before dispatch.
What it's good for
- Decking edges, pergola outlines, and garden border lighting
- Wall perimeter and skirting-level runs that bend around corners
- Archways, curved ceiling coves, and furniture outlines

- Any run where the flex needs to curve left or right on a flat plane
What it's not for
- Vertical curves (bending up/down) — use the 13×13mm vertical bend profile instead
- Permanent submersion — IP67 handles rain and splashes, not continuous underwater use (use IP68 for ponds)
- Digital pixel effects — this is a standard RGBW strip, not pixel-addressable

Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on over 95% of our products. Standard free-shipping parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery orders are sent via DPD, with full tracking details provided.
The exception — 1-metre rigid profiles
A small range of approximately 21 products — our 1-metre rigid aluminium and PVC profiles — carries a delivery charge. These items are too long for our standard free-shipping service: Royal Mail cannot accept a parcel longer than 45 cm, and a 1-metre profile far exceeds that limit.
Because of their length these profiles are shipped by DPD courier, not Evri. We moved this range to DPD after Evri’s parcel loss rate and damage rate on long items became unacceptably high — DPD gives these orders the protection and tracking they need to arrive intact.
For these 1-metre profiles, delivery is charged at checkout:
- £6.95 — 1 to 2 working days (DPD), on orders under £90
- FREE next-day delivery when your order total is £90 or more
- Timed and Saturday upgrades are available at checkout
All other orders continue to qualify for our standard free Royal Mail 48-hour delivery.
Order cut-off & delivery times
- Order cut-off is 1pm, Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm dispatch the same working day; after 1pm, the next working day.
- Next Day Delivery means the next working day — it excludes weekends, bank and public holidays. An order before 1pm Friday is delivered Monday; after 1pm Friday it dispatches Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- For a Saturday arrival, select “Saturday Delivery” at checkout — standard Next Day Delivery does not deliver on Saturdays.
- We cannot dispatch on bank holidays; orders go out on the next working day.

Return Policy
We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you’re unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.
All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made. Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights, Silicone Profiles, Bendable Profiles or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed. However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare. All the unused accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable.
Any type of modification to the lights will invalidate the warranty. Once the lights have been modified no replacement or refunds will be issued, specially the AC 220V 240V led strip and neon flex lights which come with an attached UK Plug (Hardwiring 220V 240V lights will void the warranty).
If you want to hardwire the lights then please check the DC 12V, 24V and 48V which are designed to be hardwired using a power supply. If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period (12 Months) then we will issue you a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to send you a replacement, no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any fitting and fixture costs.
