What run length does 24V RGB neon flex support?
24V RGB neon flex runs up to 20m single-feed before voltage drop becomes noticeable. For runs over 20m, switch to 48V RGB (30m IP68 outdoor) or run a second power feed in parallel from the opposite end.
Can 24V RGB neon flex be installed outdoors?
Yes. IP67 24V RGB neon flex is rated for UK outdoor conditions — rain, splash, frost, and UV. IP68 versions handle pond and water-feature submersion. IP65 24V RGB is indoor-only or covered outdoor (under porch, in covered pergola).
How is 24V RGB neon flex controlled?
24V RGB neon flex uses a dedicated RGB controller, included in the kit. Options: standard remote, WiFi (Alexa/Google Home/Tuya), Bluetooth (offline app), or music-reactive (sound-activated colour change). Standard dimmers are not compatible.
Is the white output on 24V RGB clean?
RGB white is a mix of red, green, and blue — slightly violet-tinged compared to a dedicated white LED. For clean warm white or natural white, choose RGBW or single-colour neon flex. RGB white is acceptable for ambient feature lighting but not for task lighting.

Great customer service
I placed a decent order with Atom, which was needed urgently within the next couple of days. Unfortunately the courier messed up and I din't receive my order when I needed it. Atom did everything they could to rectify this issue and managed to pull it out the bag for me. I will be using Atom again on another project we are working on. Great customer sevice.

Neon flex channel
I used the channel on my recent project , I was told I needed the 10mm x 10mm for the flex I bought . But as I had to use 2 separate cut lengths of flex, it meant having a separate feed cable which I needed to hide , so I bought the 10mm x 18mm , his the cable behind the flex and then pushed the flex in flush to channel . Worked perfectly. However. The 10mm x 10mm is not quite deep enough once you put screws in it . It pushes flex out a bit . And also comes with no holes . So DIY is not straight forward , but having said that im pleased with the whole outcome , ATOM lighting is pretty good at making things brighter , sorry about that

Looks great used as an edge lighting both sides of gravel pathway and an uplight to new wall for split level patio and garden. Really good effect at night.

I have to say . The experts at ATOM , were extremely helpful regarding info about products , once track was up the strip sat in nice and neat . I had to cut it as was a tad long but I did it with a sharp knife no problem. I did however purchase a transformer from elsewhere and saved quite a bit , overall really pleased with the product, Brian
