48V RGB LED Neon Flex

48V RGB LED neon flex is the extra-long-run option for outdoor architectural colour-changing installs reaching 30m from a single power feed. Every 48V RGB product is IP68-rated for continuous outdoor exposure including pond and water-feature submersion.

10×20mm standard, 15×25mm large, and 18×16mm top-bend bodies. Single-feed 30m runs cover building facades, long pergola installations, garden boundary lighting, and architectural cove runs where 24V cannot reach. Dedicated 48V RGB controller required.

How long can 48V RGB neon flex run?

48V RGB neon flex runs up to 30m from a single power feed at IP68 rating. The 48V system halves the rate of voltage drop compared to 24V, making it the right choice for any architectural RGB run over 20m.

Is 48V RGB neon flex submersible?

Yes. All 48V RGB neon flex from ATOM LED is IP68-rated for continuous submersion — ponds, fountains, water features, swimming pool surrounds. The IP68 rating also covers continuous outdoor weather exposure including frost and heavy rain.

What is 48V RGB neon flex used for?

48V RGB is used for building facade colour wash, long pergola architectural lighting, garden boundary feature runs over 20m, water-feature submersion, and any commercial or hospitality install where the run length exceeds 24V capability.

Is 48V neon flex safe to install?

48V DC falls within the SELV voltage threshold under BS7671 (120V DC ripple-free maximum) when supplied from an isolated, safety-rated driver. SELV significantly reduces shock risk under dry conditions but does not eliminate it. Use a Part P-qualified electrician for permanent outdoor installs.

What warranty applies to 48V RGB neon flex?

The lighting is very good and looks the part in my sons bedroom, what i would say is that they clips provided are poor and dont hold the lighting in place. I purchased some 3m double sided tape and this was much better and maintained the lighting in a straight line.
