Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard UK delivery on 97% of our products. Standard free-shipping parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48-hour tracked delivery.
Next Day Delivery
Next Day Delivery orders are sent via DPD, with full tracking details provided.
The exception — 1-metre rigid profiles
A small range of approximately 21 products — our 1-metre rigid aluminium and PVC profiles — carries a delivery charge. These items are too long for our standard free-shipping service: Royal Mail cannot accept a parcel longer than 45 cm, and a 1-metre profile far exceeds that limit.
Because of their length these profiles are shipped by DPD courier, not Evri. We moved this range to DPD after Evri’s parcel loss rate and damage rate on long items became unacceptably high — DPD gives these orders the protection and tracking they need to arrive intact.
For these 1-metre profiles, delivery is charged at checkout:
- £6.95 — 1 to 2 working days (DPD), on orders under £90
- FREE next-day delivery when your order total is £90 or more
- Timed and Saturday upgrades are available at checkout
All other orders continue to qualify for our standard free Royal Mail 48-hour delivery.
International Shipping
We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We deliver to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.
Delivery Process
We aim to keep you informed all the way through the delivery process. Once your order has been received, you will receive an automatic email confirming that your order is pending and another once the goods have been despatched.
If we are out of stock we will contact you within 2 working days to give you the option of waiting or cancelling part or all of the order (unless we are expecting stock within a reasonable timeframe).
Any customers who have paid for next day or courier next day will be contacted by phone/email the same working day if we are unable to fulfil the order in any way. In these circumstances, we will send the goods by your chosen method as soon as they come back into stock – as long as you agree to this.
What happens if items go missing in the post? (UK only)
Our parcel delivery rate is 99.9%, we use a tracked delivery service and provide you with the tracking information so you can track your parcel.
If you suspect your item has gone missing in the post please allow 14 working days to pass from the date of posting, we will put a claim in with Royal Mail to investigate and issue you a replacement in the meantime. Please Note: we cannot send orders to non-fixed addresses i.e ships.

Order cut-off and delivery times
Our order cut-off time is 1pm, Monday to Friday.
- Orders placed before 1pm on a working day are dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day.
Next Day Delivery means the next working day. It does not include weekends, bank holidays or public holidays.
- An order placed before 1pm on Friday with Next Day Delivery is delivered the following Monday (the next working day).
- An order placed after 1pm on Friday is dispatched on the next working day — normally Monday — for delivery on Tuesday.
Saturday delivery: if you need your order to arrive on a Saturday, select “Saturday Delivery” at checkout. Standard Next Day Delivery does not deliver on Saturdays.
Bank holidays: we cannot dispatch or ship orders on bank holidays, as no delivery service operates on those days. Orders are dispatched on the next available working day.
Large orders: for large orders, please call us on 01952 370028 before placing your order so we can check stock and confirm whether your order can be dispatched the same day or next day.
