48V single-colour neon flex reaches up to 30m from a single power feed, or 50m with a dual-feed setup. The 48V system halves the rate of voltage drop compared to 24V at the same wattage and distance, making it the right choice for facades, long pergolas, and architectural continuous runs.
IP67 handles temporary immersion and is suitable for outdoor splash, rain, frost, and UV. IP68 handles continuous submersion — ponds, fountains, swimming pool surrounds, and any installation where the flex sits in water for extended periods.
48V DC falls within the SELV voltage threshold under BS7671 (120V DC ripple-free maximum), provided it is supplied from a suitably isolated, safety-rated driver. SELV reduces shock risk under dry conditions but does not eliminate it. Use a Part P-qualified electrician for permanent outdoor installs.
Yes. For runs over 20m, 48V is the better choice because voltage drop is halved at the same wattage. For runs under 20m, 24V is typically simpler and uses smaller drivers. Choose by run length first, IP rating second.

Takes a little time to check and setup but worked with their CCt controllers straight away. Simple to use and adjust light settings which was one of the reasons to stick with white. As for longevity, not sure if the unit holds last settings if the batteries need changing. We'll see.

I was searching for good quality LED rope lights and came across Atom. I ordered a specific lengths of ip68 warm white led neon strip for my drive. I installed it as I had installed my other led feature lighting from ATOM and the result was great. Delivered in less than 48hrs the strip was exactly the right length as I had specified. The quality is exceptional and easy to install. The end result justifies the investment and their prices are vey good. Can’t fault them and highly recommend. I will be back for more strip as I have further ideas around my house. Thanks Atom!

Good product but the clips/brackets do not secure properly. Bad designs and made installation tricky.

Very good quality
Although it can be tricky to secure the string to the LED strip to pull through the tube. If all else fails cut the rear of the tube.
