Description
Our Digital Pixel RGB COB Strip is a versatile light source with a wide range of uses that can be either decorative or functional. Easy to install with pre-fitted double-sided backing tape and can be cut to a specific length.
In addition to blending solid colours (RGB), digital pixel tapes can display a range of colour patterns and effects, including gradients, chases, and strobing. These effects can be programmed and controlled using a compatible controller, allowing for a fully customisable and dynamic lighting experience.
Our 720/m COB COB LED Strip in RGB 10mm Wide cut at every 5cm IP20. This strip light outputs 21 watts of power per metre, providing a bright and stunning glow that is sure to enhance the ambiance of any environment.
This Pixel chasing digitally addressable LED strip light uses the WS2811 protocol, which ensures seamless and reliable communication between the controller and the light source. The Spotless Pixel LED COB strip light also features a high-density configuration, delivering uniform, spot free and consistent lighting throughout its linear run.
An ideal choice for a wide range of applications, including accent lighting, mood lighting, and decorative lighting in an event, hospitality, or even high-end domestic setting. It is worth noting that this strip has a very high colour rendering index (CRI) of 90, so the colours are displayed true to life. Daylight has a CRI of 100. A high CRI is highly recommended in lighting for clothing shops, photo studios or designers.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: up to 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
