Can you make bespoke or custom-length runs?
Yes, all of our orders are custom cut to length as per your specific requirement. We specialise in bespoke projects. Tell us the spec — length, colour temperature, IP rating, dimming — and we'll engineer the kit to your brief.
Can you manufacture lighting to our exact specification?
Yes. We design and manufacture lighting purpose-built for your project — custom geometry, CCT, CRI, IP rating and dimming protocol all available. Send us the brief and we'll quote a build matched to it.
Not sure which lights suit your project?
Send us the project details and our specialist technical team will review the brief, then recommend the most suitable strip, drivers and accessories for the install. Drawings, sketches or written notes — whatever you have — is enough for us to work from.
How fast can you turn around a quote?
Standard scope quotes come back the same working day if the brief lands before 1pm. Larger schemes with multiple zones or custom binning take 24 to 48 hours.
Can you supply on a contract or NET account?
Yes. Trade and project accounts are available alongside one-off project supply. Apply via the trade page once the brief is approved, or order direct against the quote.
What if the install hits a problem?
