Warranty and Guarantee
At ATOM LED Lighting Ltd, we build lighting products to perform reliably when they are installed and used correctly. This page explains what the warranty covers, the conditions that apply, and how to make a claim.
This warranty applies in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right that cannot legally be excluded.
Warranty information
Every product we sell is guaranteed. Single colour COB LED strip carries up to 7 years, RGB and colour-changing COB strip 5 years, and DC LED neon flex 4 years; accessories and controllers typically carry 2-3 years. Check the individual product page for the exact term, and keep your proof of purchase.
AC 220V/240V LED strip and neon flex carry a 1 year warranty.
Correct installation. Warranty cover depends on correct product selection, driver sizing, voltage, dimmer compatibility, IP rating, heat management, sealing and maintenance. Install outdoor and wet-area products for the environment and check them before final fixing.
Warranty claims. To raise a claim, email your order number, product name and a short description of the issue. Include clear photos or video of the product, driver, wiring, cut points and installation area. For outdoor products, include the sealed ends.
Do not dispose of the product before we review the claim. We may ask for extra checks or request the product back for inspection. If we accept the claim, we confirm the repair, replacement, credit or next step in writing.
