Description
Our range of RGB strips are built with high-grade Sanan 5050 LEDs for superior performance. This strip is fitted with 60 LEDs per metre. The light strip is Waterproof to IP67 rating, encapsulated in a square silicone tube and injected with liquid silicone making it completely watertight.
The LED strip can be cut with scissors, to as small as every 3 LEDs (5cm). Once cut the end of the LED strip will need sealing. The LED strip is self-adhesive backed, however, water can degrade the adhesive over time. Alternatively, you can use clear mounting clips which screw down to secure the LED strip.
- LED Strips: Led strip lighting has 300 RGB 5050 SMD LEDs in 5 metres (One Continuous Length) with dimmer and brightness controls. The strip is IP67 Waterproof, can be used indoor and outdoor.
- Easy Installation & Use: Led rope lights can be cut between every 3 LEDs. 3M Self-adhesive tape can be fit on any dry and flat surface.
- Good & Full Material: Using double layer copper on PCB board to keep the mixed colours more even. Led IR remote controller has overcharging, short circuit protection and memory function. Power Supply makes sure the safety for adults and kids.
- Colour Changing: Led tape strips lights set will change colours and speed automatically and periodically. It has not only RGB(Red, Green, Blue, White),16 multicoloured options, but also has DIY selection to create your great led mood lighting.

Returns & Refunds
The 15-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: up to 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
