COB LED Strip 24V – IP68 Waterproof
The Ultra Long COB LED Strip 24V is designed for extended runs up to 10 metres from a single power feed, ensuring consistent brightness with no voltage drop. Supplied in 10m rolls, the strip can be cut every 3.2cm (31.25mm) for precise customisation.
Featuring 384 LEDs per metre with advanced COB technology, this strip delivers smooth, dot-free light while consuming only 10W per metre. The LEDs operate at half capacity to minimise heat build-up, extending their lifespan even inside the Waterproof casing.
Encapsulated in a square silicone tube and injected with liquid silicone, the strip is completely watertight. With an IP68 rating, it is suitable for outdoor use and very wet environments, and can withstand immersion in fresh water up to 1.5 metres for 30 minutes.
At just 11mm wide, the strip is slim enough to fit into most profiles and corners. It also offers a high CRI of 90, meaning colours appear vivid and true to life. This makes it perfect for applications where colour accuracy is essential, such as clothing shops, studios, or design spaces.
Installation is simple with a 24V driver. Up to 10m can be wired in series, while longer runs require a parallel connection. 10m strips include input cables at both ends, while shorter lengths (2.5m, 5m, 7.5m, 10m) include one input cable at a single end. The strip is self-adhesive backed, though for outdoor use we recommend mounting clips for extra security.
The strip can be cut as short as every 3.2cm with scissors. After cutting, the ends must be sealed with clear silicone and rubber end caps to maintain waterproofing. Accessories are available separately.
This product is available in 1m to 10m lengths, with bespoke sizes available in 31.5mm increments by special order. Please note that cut-to-size or custom strips are non-returnable.
For peace of mind, the Ultra Long COB LED Strip comes with a 3-year guarantee for outdoor use.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
