Description
ATOM LED RGB Neon Flex Light 12V has a translucent High quality Silicone cover that offers uniform light and performs better than the standard Strip lights with visible individual LED Chips. Because it’s so flexible, its installation is simple and requires clips to installed anywhere and to adapted it to all sorts of corners, logos, signs, etc. The Waterproof feature of the Light makes it ideal for Indoor and Outdoor* use.
Silicone cover has a high quality finish that offers a longer life than standard PVC covers. You can rest assured that the Silicone cover will last longer and not discolour like PVC covers
The Neon LED Flex Light comes with a Plug as standard for mains use but can also be controlled by any LED compatible Light switch including RGB remote with controller.
This product is supplied with a Rectifier Cable and an End Cap. For appropriate protection, the client must make sure to protect these lights and the plugs correctly.
*For outdoor use, Heat Shrinks is applied at the End Cap to protect Strip against water damage. If the plug and End Cap is to be used outside, Waterproof sealant or Waterproof casing use is highly recommended. Incorrect Ingress Protection will void the warranty. Please contact us for outdoor use assistance.
Please note that the switch is Non-Waterproof. Strickly prohibeted to use underwater.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
