The Cool White 8*16mm Neon Flex offers bright and beautiful light that’s distributed over a 120º beam angle. Made from highly resistant materials that can withstand various weather conditions. An excellent long working life of 30,000hrs

*For outdoor use, Heat Shrinks and PVC Glue is used on the Plug Connection and the End Cap to protect Strip against water damage. For outdoor use silicone sealant with end cap and heat shrink is used on the tail end of the LED Neon Flex. Incorrect Ingress Protection will void the warranty.
Please do not use it near the water pool or water fountain. Strictly not to be used underwater.
The LED Neon Flex is dimmable but you have to buy the dimmer separately.
Please do not use the LED Neon Flex AC 220V 240V near pool or water fountain. If you want to use the item near water then you should an IP68 DC 12V or 24V LED Neon Flex.
If you want to use the LED Neon Flex outdoor then please secure the connection area (the point where the led neon flex connects with the connector) with a Waterproof tape or silicone sealant. Please make sure that the plug and the controller are kept in a dry place.
The tail end of LED Neon Flex is fully secured with a silicone sealant applied on the end cap and on top heat shrink is applied to avoid water ingress.
All the AC 220V 240V LED Strips & LED Neon Flex are prohibited to use underwater or near a swimming pool & water fountain. If you want to use the LED Strip or Neon Flex near or inside a swimming pool then use an IP68 Waterproof DC 12V or DC 24 IP67 LED Strip & Neon Flex. If you want to use the LED Neon Flex underwater then use a DC 12V or DC 24 LED Neon Flex IP68 Waterproof.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: up to 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
