Description
Keep compatible 10x20mm IP67 LED Neon Flex aligned along straight runs with this rigid aluminium mounting channel. Choose a continuous 1 metre or 2 metre length to suit your installation.
The channel supports the Neon Flex body along its length. Check the cross-section drawing against your chosen Neon Flex before fitting, and allow space for end caps, cable exits and connections beyond the channel. IP67 describes the compatible Neon Flex, not the aluminium profile. Follow the light’s own installation and sealing requirements.
What is included?
One aluminium profile in your selected length. The 1 metre profile includes 1 screw set (2 screws and 2 wall plugs); the 2 metre profile includes 2 screw sets (4 screws and 4 wall plugs). Choose fixings suitable for your mounting surface. LED Neon Flex is sold separately.

Delivery charges
1 Metre: Mainland UK delivery is £6.95 below £90, with free Next Day Delivery from £90 when the basket contains no profile charged at the £19.85 or £34.85 long-profile rate. 2 Metre: Mainland UK delivery is £19.85 at every order value, including mixed baskets. If the basket also contains a profile charged at £34.85, the higher rate applies. Other destinations are calculated at checkout.

Shipping
Mainland UK profile delivery depends on length and construction. The applicable rates are shown below.
1m rigid profiles: £6.95 for orders below £90 (DPD, 1–2 working days). Eligible orders of £90 or more receive free next day delivery when the basket contains no long-delivery rigid profile.
Standard rigid 2m profiles: £19.85 per order via Parcelforce 48 (1–2 working days), including orders of £90 or more. These rigid lengths are not eligible for free delivery, next day, timed or Saturday delivery.
<strong>Specified rigid 2.45m profiles: £34.85 per order</strong> at every order value. Bendable plaster-in profiles and selected bendable channels use the short-profile rate; flexible silicone covers have free standard delivery. In a mixed basket, the highest applicable profile rate applies. Final charges are confirmed at checkout.
For in-stock profiles, order before 1pm UK time, Monday–Friday for same-working-day dispatch from Telford. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays are excluded.

International Shipping
Northern Ireland shipping is charged at manual rates depending on shipment weight. International shipping uses manual zone rates at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
