Description
Warm White 3000K LED strip with CRI Ra 98 for detailed interior lighting. A warm, inviting light for bedroom headboards, living-room coves, shelving and joinery. Closely spaced SMD 2835 LEDs help reduce visible gaps between light points, while the 10mm PCB fits suitable LED profiles. Supplied as a 5-metre roll with a 5-year warranty.
Power and dimming
Use a regulated 12V DC constant-voltage power supply, ordered separately. At 20W per metre, a full 5m roll has a nominal 100W load; allow at least 30% driver headroom, giving a minimum 130W rated output before any manufacturer derating. Dimming requires a compatible 12V DC controller rated for the connected load. Plan longer installations as separately fed runs of no more than 5m.
Cutting and installation
Cut only at the marked 12.5mm (1.25cm) intervals, with three LEDs per cutting unit. Mount in a suitable aluminium LED profile to dissipate heat. Apply the 3M Tape to a smooth, clean, dry surface; fully unroll and test the strip before final fixing. Keep connections correctly polarised and isolate power before cutting or wiring.
For dry indoor spaces
IP20 is non-waterproof: keep the strip away from water, splashes and condensation. Read the product datasheet and installation guide in Technical Documents before installation.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
