Fantastic LEDs, and even better service
Fantastic LEDs, and even better service. Our first strip had an issue, atom diagnosed a fault and replaced the strip by the next day! All working great now. Thank you.

Frequently asked questions
How long can a 24V neon flex run from one feed?
A 24V single-colour neon flex run can reach up to 20m from a single power feed before voltage drop becomes noticeable. Beyond 20m, switch to a 48V system or run a second feed in parallel.
Is 24V neon flex safe outdoors in UK weather?
IP67-rated 24V neon flex is suitable for most UK outdoor installs — rain, splash, frost, and UV exposure. Use IP67 for pergolas, decking edges, and garden lighting. For pond submersion or continuous immersion, choose 48V IP68.
Can I cut 24V neon flex to a custom length?
Yes. Every 24V single-colour neon flex cuts at a marked interval — 1cm on most 6×12mm bodies, 5cm on 10×20mm bodies. Cut at the marked line to keep the warranty intact. We supply pre-cut to the metre on request.
What driver size do I need for 24V neon flex?
Calculate total wattage = strip wattage per metre × run length. Add a 20% headroom margin. Example: 9.6W/m × 15m = 144W, driver size 175W minimum. We stock IP67 24V drivers sized for every standard run length.
What is the warranty on 24V single colour neon flex?
4-year warranty on all 24V single-colour neon flex purchased from ATOM LED. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and LED failure under correct installation. UK technical support Mon-Fri 9-5.

Excellent purchase
Excellent product, Kabir was a great help pre-purchase ensuring that we purchased the appropriate flex.
Super easy and super impressive.
I bought four lengths of COB to go underneath my four floating shelves on a wall. Using aluminium channels and diffusers cut to size they are just what I wanted. A nice soft spread of light across my shelving and wall.
