Description

Create a straight recessed lighting line with this aluminium tile-in profile for 15x15mm IP67 Neon Flex. The single perforated flange sits beneath the tiled finish while the open channel supports the light.

Choose a 1 metre or 2 metre length. The profile has a 7-year warranty. Use this rigid profile for straight runs; choose the bendable version for curves.

Compatible lighting: 15x15mm IP67 24V Neon Flex and 15x15mm IP67 48V Neon Flex. Check the dimension drawing and test the fit before completing the tiled finish.

Keep adhesive and grout out of the channel, and select fixings, sealing and substrate preparation for the installation location. No walk-over load rating is specified.

Profile only: Neon Flex, opal covers, fixings, power supplies and controls are not included. IP67 and voltage refer to the compatible Neon Flex, not the bare aluminium profile or completed installation.

Mainland UK profile delivery depends on length and construction. The applicable rates are shown below.

1m rigid profiles: £6.95 for orders below £90 (DPD, 1–2 working days). Eligible orders of £90 or more receive free next day delivery when the basket contains no long-delivery rigid profile.

Rigid profiles exactly 2m long: £19.85 per order to Mainland UK via DX (1–2 working days), including orders of £90 or more. If the basket also contains a rigid profile over 2m, the £34.65 rate applies instead. These rigid lengths are not eligible for free delivery, next day, timed or Saturday delivery.

Rigid profiles over 2m: £34.65 per order to Mainland UK via DX at every order value, including orders of £90 or more. Bendable plaster-in profiles and selected bendable channels use the short-profile rate; flexible silicone covers have free standard delivery. In a mixed basket, the highest applicable profile rate applies once per order. Final charges are confirmed at checkout.

For in-stock profiles, order before 1pm UK time, Monday–Friday for same-working-day dispatch from Telford. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays are excluded.

International Shipping

We use DPD, Royal Mail and DX for delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland containing a rigid profile 2m or longer cost £39.85 per order via DX, including mixed baskets and orders over £90. Other destinations and services are priced at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:

  • Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
  • Straight aluminium profiles
  • Power supplies and drivers
  • Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)

Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
