Great customer service

I placed a decent order with Atom, which was needed urgently within the next couple of days. Unfortunately the courier messed up and I din't receive my order when I needed it. Atom did everything they could to rectify this issue and managed to pull it out the bag for me. I will be using Atom again on another project we are working on. Great customer sevice.

Not that bright

Slightly disappointing as there not very bright and the remote control is very cheap and nasty

Neon flex channel

I used the channel on my recent project , I was told I needed the 10mm x 10mm for the flex I bought . But as I had to use 2 separate cut lengths of flex, it meant having a separate feed cable which I needed to hide , so I bought the 10mm x 18mm , his the cable behind the flex and then pushed the flex in flush to channel . Worked perfectly. However. The 10mm x 10mm is not quite deep enough once you put screws in it . It pushes flex out a bit . And also comes with no holes . So DIY is not straight forward , but having said that im pleased with the whole outcome , ATOM lighting is pretty good at making things brighter , sorry about that

New garden LED strip edge lighting

Easy to install, maybe a bit more on the tails would be good.

Neon flex

Looks great used as an edge lighting both sides of gravel pathway and an uplight to new wall for split level patio and garden. Really good effect at night.

It just works!

Fantastic product, comes cut to size with waterproof caps preinstalled. Exactly what was needed for the job! Customer service was excellent!

Led neon dual bend

I have to say . The experts at ATOM , were extremely helpful regarding info about products , once track was up the strip sat in nice and neat . I had to cut it as was a tad long but I did it with a sharp knife no problem. I did however purchase a transformer from elsewhere and saved quite a bit , overall really pleased with the product, Brian

Amazing service had a issue with one the strips

Amazing service had an issue with one the strips I bought were a section of the LED lights wasn’t working, ATOM LED gladly replaced the whole circuit. 10/10

Superb product and great service ,had an issue with one of the LEDs , it was resolved immediately and sent out same day, highly reccomended

Good service

We bought two lengths of LED strips with power supply and WiFi controls, one was 6mm and one 10mm the 10mm had a fault and did not light across the full 9 meters only the first meter, these were replaced after a email and phone call, all working well now and no issues
