A customer outdoor terrace installation using 17 metres of 24V IP68 Digital Pixel RGB Neon Flex mounted in profiles. The run is controlled by a Miboxer Digital Pixel controller with remote and powered by a 300W 24V supply for clean colour-changing scenes across the recessed seating perimeter.
The brief
The customer wanted a crisp colour-changing light line around an outdoor terrace seating area, with the neon flex recessed into profiles rather than surface-mounted. The installation needed multiple colour scenes, simple remote control and a waterproof 24V setup suitable for exterior use.
The solution - 24V IP68 pixel neon
The project used 17 metres of Digital Pixel RGB Neon Flex IP68 at 24V, set into profiles around the recessed terrace. A Miboxer Digital Pixel controller with remote handles the colour effects, while a 300W 24V power supply gives the run the headroom it needs.
The result
A sharp recessed perimeter glow that can move from quiet warm ambience to saturated red, green, blue and multi-colour scenes. The profile keeps the neon flex visually clean in the stonework, while the Miboxer controller and remote make scene changes simple for the customer.
