RGB Neon Flex Light 220 – 240V 14W/m has a translucent High-quality cover that offers uniform light and performs better than the standard Strip lights with visible individual LED Chips. The Waterproof feature of the Light makes it ideal for Indoor and Outdoor* use (For outdoor use heat shrink and silicone sealant must be applied to protect against water ingress).
Silicone cover has a high-quality finish that offers a longer life than standard PVC covers. You can rest assured that the Silicone cover will last longer and not discolour like PVC covers.
The Neon LED Flex Light comes with a Plug as standard for mains use but can also be controlled by any LED compatible Light switch including RGB remote with the controller.
Important Note:
RGB Neon Flex 220V 240V is not designed for making neon signs and logos, if you want to make a neon sign or logo please use the RGB Neon Flex 12V or 24V
This product is supplied with a Rectifier Cable and an End Cap. For perfect IP65 protection, the client must make sure to protect these lights and the plugs correctly.
Please note that any amendments done to the voids the warranty on the product.
All our neon flex comes with a 1 year guarantee as standard on indoor installations and 6-month guarantee on outdoor installations.
*For outdoor use, Heat Shrinks with Silicone Gel must be applied at the End Cap and front connection point for protection against water damage. Do not use near a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and fish tank. Strictly prohibited to use underwater. Incorrect Ingress Protection will void the warranty.
Please note that the RGB Controller and Lead is Non-Waterproof and needs to be kept in a dry place. All the 220V 240V LED Neon Flex is strictly prohibited to use underwater.

Important Note:
This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installations on the ground or any surface. For such applications, you need an IP68 neon flex, which is specifically designed for outdoor recessed use. Any amendments or Improper use of the product voids the warranty.

We offer FREE economy 3-4 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in Mainland UK. All paid orders are shipped via one of our Next Working Day or 48hr delivery services. If ordered before 1 pm, Monday - Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*. We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well.

Return Policy
We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase.
If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.
Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £80 don't qualify for any refund or return. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
Any type of modification to the lights will invalidate the warranty. Once the lights have been modified no replacement or refunds will be issued, specially the AC 220V 240V led strip and neon flex lights which come with an attached UK Plug (Hardwiring will void the warranty). If you want to hardwire the lights then please check the DC 12V, 24V and 48V which are designed to be hardwired using a power supply.
If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period (12 Months) then we will issue you a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to send you a replacement, no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any fitting and fixture costs.

Good light looks great just doesn’t come with enough clips. I got 8m of light and only 9clips had to manufacture my own to keep the strip in place

At face value, it appears to be a good product but a 12 month guarantee does not inspire too much confidence when we are planning to have the piwer box etc behind a plastered finish. There is no paperwork / instructions. The website also is deficient in information. It woukd be helpful to customers if an infosheet can be created as the videos are rather basic / ameteurish. Overall customer service has been good.
