RGB Neon Flex 10x18mm – Horizontal Bend, 220–240V, 14W/m – Indoor & Light Outdoor Use
Our 10x18mm RGB Neon Flex (Horizontal Bend) is a high-performance lighting solution designed for striking colour effects in both residential and commercial spaces. Powered by 220–240V and consuming just 14W per metre, it features a high-quality translucent silicone cover that ensures uniform, dot-free illumination, delivering a smoother visual finish compared to traditional LED strip lights.
This Bluetooth RGB controller is designed for AC 220V–240V RGB LED strip lights only. It is not compatible with DC 12V or 24V LED strips. Do not connect DC products.
The lights come with the RGB controller, which can be operated via smartphone app or the included 24-key IR remote. Just install the “Lotus Lantern” app — it connects automatically via Bluetooth.
Compatible with iOS 6.0+ and Android 4.3+, it supports features like 16 million colours, 20 dynamic modes, music sync, timers, and custom settings.
With an output of up to 1500W, it can control up to 50 metres of RGB high-voltage LED strip lighting.
Perfect for home decor, shops, bars, events, and holiday lighting.
This neon flex can be cut every 100cm (1 metre) at the clearly marked cut points. Only cut along the designated lines — cutting outside these marks will render the segment unusable.
Each strip comes with a 1-year warranty for indoor and outdoor applications when properly sealed and installed. The required RGB controller is not Waterproof and must be housed in a dry, Waterproof enclosure when used outdoors.
Rated IP65, this neon flex is suitable for indoor use and light outdoor environments where only mild water splashes or moisture may be present (e.g. covered patios or sheltered façades). It is not intended for extreme weather conditions or high-exposure areas. Do not use near swimming pools, saunas, bathrooms, or underwater. For outdoor use, ensure heatshrink tubing and silicone sealant are applied thoroughly at the end cap and front connection to prevent water ingress.

Important Installation Notice:
This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installations on the ground or any surface exposed to direct water or heavy weather. For such applications, we recommend using an IP68-rated neon flex, which is specifically designed for outdoor recessed use and offers higher protection against water and environmental conditions.
Please note that any modification or improper use of this product will void the warranty. In particular, hardwiring this light is not supported and will invalidate the warranty. It must be connected using the provided plug. If you require a hardwired installation, please choose one of our DC voltage neon flex lights (12V or 24V or 48V), which are designed for that purpose.

International Shipping
We use DPD, Royal Mail and DX for delivery. Orders to Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland containing a rigid profile 2m or longer cost £39.85 per order via DX, including mixed baskets and orders over £90. Other destinations and services are priced at checkout.
Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Reviews
I bought them as when you look at the pics, they're pretty bright. Don't know what's up with these but they are so dim - literally all you see if a dim white or coloured solid led. I'd say the led flooring of a planes exit lane is brighter. Such a shame. If you look at the lumens, it's very low. Literally imagine the light from one old white power cut type candle and that's for a 5m run. I've looked at the other pics on this site and there's no way that's what I've got. I've used the controller and have them as bright as they'll go. The pic is the back of my boat. I couldn't even see the table or read anything in front of me.
I have called about a refund. Nothing on that front either.
10/10 A plus , easy to use via the app or remote control. top quality and great options in the app for light brightness, time to merge/change colours from a long wait 50 plus seconds to a few seconds. schedule time works spot on . really pleased and before i purchased them a call to the shop explained all the features etc
The colours are beautiful. You are even able to schedule the timing of the lights so they turn on automatically.

I got this neon light rope to hang around my bedroom and it looks amazing! It was the perfect length to get around and everything works well. Installation was easy and didn't take long. Contact service is really bad did try to call no answer some of the Accessories missing order them again from website than no fixing sent light are still in box haven’t install never used to buy again

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
