Warm White 3000K Double-Sided Neon Flex | 8x16mm | 220–240V AC | 120 LEDs/m
This Warm White 3000K Double-Side LED Neon Flex lights from two faces at once, so the run reads clearly from two viewing directions. That makes it the right choice for free-standing or suspended signs, cafe and bar lettering seen front and back, and balustrades or partitions lit on both sides. It carries 120 LEDs per metre and runs straight from the supplied UK mains plug.
The 3000K warm white gives a soft, inviting glow that suits homes, bars, restaurants, and feature walls. The 8x16mm body bends horizontally and cuts every 1 metre, so it follows curved layouts and custom lettering. It draws 9W per metre, rated for around 30,000 hours, and uses roughly 80% less power than traditional glass neon.
We cut each run to length from a 50-metre roll to match your exact requirement. Every run carries a 1-year warranty and ships with a UK plug, rectifier cable, and end cap. The plug and switch are not waterproof. Outdoors, house them in a dry, sealed enclosure.
Rated IP65, this neon flex suits indoor use and sheltered outdoor spots where only mild splashes or moisture reach it, such as covered patios and sheltered facades. It is not built for sustained weather or high-exposure positions. Do not use it near swimming pools, in saunas or bathrooms, or underwater. For any outdoor run, apply heatshrink tubing and silicone sealant fully at the end cap and the front connection to stop water ingress.
In the package: 1 x Double-Side LED Neon Flex, 1 x UK plug with rectifier cable, 1 x End cap, 1 x Pack of clips (1 clip per metre).
Important Installation Notice: This product is not suitable for recessed outdoor installs in the ground or on any surface exposed to direct water or heavy weather. For those jobs, use IP67 or IP68-rated neon flex, which is built for outdoor recessed use and gives higher protection against water. Any modification or improper use voids the warranty. In particular, hardwiring this light is not supported and will invalidate the warranty. It must run from the supplied plug. If you need a hardwired install, choose one of our DC neon flex ranges (12V, 24V, or 48V), which are designed for that purpose.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
