Bendable tile-in profile for 8 × 16 mm IP67 Neon Flex
Create curved or shaped recessed lighting details with this bendable aluminium mounting profile. Relief cuts divide the perforated side flange into segments, helping the profile follow a planned curve while the flange sits beneath the tiled finish.
Designed for matching ATOM LED 8 × 16 mm IP67 Neon Flex in 24V and 48V. Choose a 1 Metre or 2 Metre length for your installation.
Compatible Neon Flex
These three ranges cover the complete ATOM LED 8 × 16 mm IP67 Neon Flex selection in 24V and 48V: 24V 1 cm-cut, 24V 5 cm-cut and 48V 10 cm-cut systems.

Before installation
Check a sample fit, the cross-section dimensions and the selected Neon Flex bending direction before installation. Shape the profile gently without kinking or forcing it, and follow the Neon Flex bend limits. Plan joints, drainage and access before tiling.
Profile only: Neon Flex, power supply, controls and fixings are sold separately. There is no opal diffuser cover. IP67 refers to compatible Neon Flex, not the bare aluminium profile or completed installation. The profile does not establish a walk-over rating; select suitable sealing and installation methods for the location.

Mainland UK: 1 Metre — £6.95 below £90; free Next Day delivery from £90 when no long profile is in the basket. 2 Metre — £19.85 at any order value and excluded from free delivery. Mixed-length baskets containing a 2 Metre profile use the £19.85 long-profile charge. Other destinations are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
