Description
FreeCut Mini Neon Flex 4×6mm brings a continuous line of light to wardrobes, shelving and fitted furniture. Its slim silicone body fits into a suitably sized recessed groove, keeping the light neatly integrated into the joinery. Choose your white colour and length below.
Made for slim lighting details
Use it along wardrobe interiors, shelves, display cabinets and furniture edges. The smooth diffuser softens the individual LEDs into an even line. Horizontal bending follows gentle curves; use a suitable mounting channel or fixing method for your installation.
Choose your white
- Warm White 2700K: A warm, golden white for bedroom joinery, shelving and relaxed evening lighting.
- Warm White 3000K: A soft warm white for wardrobes, kitchen joinery and inviting display lighting.
- Natural White 4000K: A balanced natural white for wardrobes, work areas and clear, neutral displays.
- Cool White 6000K: A crisp cool white for bright display details and a clean, contemporary finish.
Each option is one fixed white colour; a single strip does not change between these colour temperatures.
Ordering and installation
- Supplied cut to length to suit your specific requirements. Contact us with your exact measurements if you need a custom length.
- Use a compatible 24V constant-voltage LED power supply, purchased separately. At 7W per metre, a 5m run draws 35W; choose a supply rated at least 42W to allow 20% headroom.
- Keep each powered run within 5m. Longer layouts require separately powered sections.
- FreeCut ends and cable joints must be properly sealed to maintain IP65 protection. Do not immerse the strip.
- The strip is supplied without self-adhesive backing. Check the actual profile and fitting clearance before routing joinery.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
