We offer FREE economy 3-4 day delivery on all orders with no minimum order quantity. The Free Delivery is only in Mainland UK. All paid orders are shipped via one of our Next Working Day or 48hr delivery services. If ordered before 1 pm, Monday - Friday, your order will be despatched the same day unless otherwise stated*. Items are not despatched on weekends. We know getting your items delivered safely and on time is critical. That’s why we’ve selected the best delivery services available.

We offer Next Day Delivery via DPD. If you place your order before 1300 then your order will be delivered Next Day. We also offer Saturday Delivery as well.

International Shipping

We now ship worldwide from the UK. All international orders will be sent by a trackable method with DPD, Royal Mail and ParcelForce. We delivery to most countries in Europe, Asia, Middle East, North & South America. Please see the checkout page for an accurate quote for your country.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.

All products available in variable lengths are cut and customized from 30-metre or 50-metre rolls according to your specific requirements. Only a limited number of items are pre-made. Since our made-to-measure items, such as LED Strip Lights, Silicone Profiles, Bendable Profiles or Neon Flex Lights, are customized specifically for you, they cannot be cancelled or returned. Please ensure your order details are correct before placing it, as these items are considered special orders and are non-refundable once processed. However, if you purchase a full 50-metre roll, you may return it for a full refund, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Certain items are excluded from our returns and refund policy, including goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed according to your requirements. Orders with different cutting lengths, or any order over £50 in value, are classified as custom and therefore do not qualify for a refund or return if there is no fault with the product. These orders require significant time and effort to prepare. All the unused accessories such as power supplies, power adapters, controllers, drivers and profiles are returnable.

Any type of modification to the lights will invalidate the warranty. Once the lights have been modified no replacement or refunds will be issued, specially the AC 220V 240V led strip and neon flex lights which come with an attached UK Plug (Hardwiring 220V 240V lights will void the warranty).

If you want to hardwire the lights then please check the DC 12V, 24V and 48V which are designed to be hardwired using a power supply. If the item becomes faulty within the warranty period (12 Months) then we will issue you a replacement. Please note that we will only be able to send you a replacement, no refunds will be issued. We are not responsible for any fitting and fixture costs.
