Description
Green LED Neon Flex brings green light to decorative interior features. Its 15x15mm profile is designed for vertical bend / Top Bend, allowing you to plan raised curves and arches within the permitted bending direction. The LED neon flex is fully silicone injected inside.
This 24V version has 50mm (5cm) cutting intervals. The 24V lights support a continuous run of up to 20 metres with power supplied from one end. Choose an order length from 1m to 20m in 1m increments. Plan the route, required lengths and power arrangement before installation.

Can it be cut to my required length?
Cut only at the permitted cutting marks, spaced 50mm (5cm) apart. Choose a length that follows these intervals and remains within the 20m maximum run.
Which way does it bend?
The profile bends vertically. Use the bending-direction diagram to plan rises, falls and arches. Avoid twisting the strip or forcing a sideways curve.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: up to 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
