The Silicone Cover Flexible Recessed cover for a Custom 12/24V Neon LED Strip can be installed in all types of installations with LED strips inside, specially designed to protect and hide the LED strips, allowing for professional, clean and stylish installations.
The silicone profiles are flexible and when the LED Strip is installed, a Neon light effect is achieved. They are made for lighting modern environments with a clean and elegant indirect light. Thanks to the opaque cover a diffused lighting effect is created which is pleasing to the eye.
The Neon Silicone Flexible Profiles are suitable for different decorative applications, such as creating lines of light, creating figures, marking corridors or stairs, illuminating shelves, aesthetic solutions, etc.

Shipping
Mainland UK profile delivery depends on length and construction. The applicable rates are shown below.
1m rigid profiles: £6.95 for orders below £90 (DPD, 1–2 working days). Eligible orders of £90 or more receive free next day delivery when the basket contains no long-delivery rigid profile.
Standard rigid 2m profiles: £19.85 per order via Parcelforce 48 (1–2 working days), including orders of £90 or more. These rigid lengths are not eligible for free delivery, next day, timed or Saturday delivery.
<strong>Specified rigid 2.45m profiles: £34.85 per order</strong> at every order value. Bendable plaster-in profiles and selected bendable channels use the short-profile rate; flexible silicone covers have free standard delivery. In a mixed basket, the highest applicable profile rate applies. Final charges are confirmed at checkout.
For in-stock profiles, order before 1pm UK time, Monday–Friday for same-working-day dispatch from Telford. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the next working day. Bank holidays are excluded.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
