Description
Our Outdoor Dotless LED Strip Lights, what we call LED Neon Flex, are engineered for British outdoor use. Single feed runs reach 20 metres on 24V and 40 metres on 48V with no visible voltage drop. The IP67 silicone shell delivers a smooth, dotless line of light and handles heavy rain, frost, and prolonged damp year round.
The flexible silicone body bends around corners and curved profiles, so a single run can follow patio edges, planter perimeters, and stair returns without breaks. Recess into decking boards, driveway channels, pergola undersides, and stair nosings. For a professional finish, fit them inside our aluminium profiles.
This is MaxiFlex 8x16mm IP67 Neon Flex with a 10cm (100mm) cut interval. Maximum 40 metre continuous run on a single feed, with no visible voltage drop. Available in warm white 2700K, warm white 3000K, natural white 4000K, and cool white 6000K. Choose your colour temperature above.
Not rated for permanent submersion in pond water, soil, or fountains. If you cut the Neon Flex yourself, we cannot guarantee the IP67 rating unless resealed by ATOM LED. Need finer fitment? Our MaxiFlex 24V range offers 1cm cut (15m run) or 5cm cut (20m run).
Comes with a 4 year guarantee. Should be installed by a competent person in accordance with BS7671. Every order is custom cut to your exact length, no off-the-shelf sizes, no waste.

Returns & Refunds
The 15-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: up to 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
