Description
Made to measure, cut and prepared to your exact length in Telford before it ships — choose the metres you need above and we cut and prepare it with a 150mm lead ready to wire in. This is Free Cut COB, so you can cut it further at any point on site, not only every 50mm, dropping into odd lengths, coves and corners with no offcuts. Dot-free natural white light at 4000K, 9W per metre, 24V, CRI over 90.

Is it cut to length for me?
Yes. Every strip is made to measure: pick your metre length above and we cut it and fit a 150mm lead before dispatch from Telford, so it arrives prepared to your exact requirement — no full reel to trim down. Because it is Free Cut COB you can shorten it further at any point on site, not just at the fixed 50mm points.

What does cut anywhere mean?
Every COB emitter carries its own cut point, so you cut on any line across the strip and it still lights to the end. A standard COB strip cuts only every 50mm; this one cuts anywhere, which is why it suits made-to-measure runs.
Do you need a driver?
Yes. Feed it from an isolated 24V DC constant-voltage driver, sized on metres × 9W plus 25%. A 10-metre run draws 90W, so take a 120W driver. Never wire it to 220–240V mains.
Where can it go?
IP20, so dry interiors only — cabinet undersides, coves, shelving and display. For a bathroom or outdoors, choose an IP67 strip instead. The 3M 300LSE tape on the back holds on clean, cool surfaces.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
