ATOM LED Natural White 4000K LED Neon Flex Light 8x16mm AC 220V 240V 120 LEDs/m is perfect for creating an infinite amount of environments with just one product.

The Natural White 4000K 8x16mm Neon Flex offers bright and beautiful light that’s distributed over a 120º beam angle. Made from highly resistant materials that can withstand various weather conditions. An excellent long working life of 30,000hrs

*For outdoor use, Heat Shrinks and PVC Glue is used on the Plug Connection and the End Cap to protect Strip against water damage. For outdoor use silicone sealant with end cap and heat shrink is used on the tail end of the LED Neon Flex. Incorrect Ingress Protection will void the warranty. 

Please do not use it near the water pool or water fountain. Strictly not to be used underwater.

Please do not use the LED Neon Flex AC 220V 240V near pool or water fountain. If you want to use the item near water than you should an IP68 DC 12V or 24V LED Neon Flex.

If you want to use the LED Neon Flex outdoor then please secure the connection area (the point where the led neon flex connects with the connector) with a waterproof tape or silicone sealant. Please make sure that the plug and the controller are kept in a dry place.

The tail end of LED Neon Flex is fully secured with a silicone sealant applied on the end cap and on top heat shrink is applied to avoid from water ingress.

All the AC 220V 240V LED Strips & LED Neon Flex are prohibited to use underwater or near a swimming pool & water fountain. If you want to use the LED Strip or Neon Flex near or inside a swimming pool then use an IP68 Waterproof DC 12V or DC 24 IP67 LED Strip & Neon Flex. If you want to use the LED Neon Flex underwater then use a DC 12V or DC 24 LED Neon Flex IP68 Waterproof.

Return Policy

We offer a 15 day, no-quibble returns or replacement policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived (original/undamaged packaging and product) and within 15 days of receiving it.
We will pay for your return postage on a faulty item as long as you send it using Hermes or Royal Mail 2nd class recorded delivery and within 15 days of receiving it.

Certain items are excluded from the returns or refund policy. These include goods that are made to measure, cut, or mixed to your requirements. Orders which involve different cutting lengths and order value of more than £150 don't qualify for any refund or return if there is no fault with the product. The reason for this is because these are classified as custom orders where different lengths of led strip lights and led neon flex are cut to your desired requirement of the customer. It takes a lot of time and effort to prepare these orders.
