Description
This 24V RGB CCT COB LED strip uses densely arranged chips to create a smooth line of light. RGB colour mixing and adjustable warm-to-cool white channels let one installation move between colourful effects and white ambient lighting.
Which controller and power supply does it need?
Use a 24V DC constant-voltage power supply and a compatible RGB+CCT controller. Match the controller to every colour channel and size the power supply for the total connected load.
How long can each run be?
Keep within the listed 10m continuous-run limit. Plan longer installations as separate runs with a suitable power layout; the supply roll length is not the maximum powered-run length. Our team can help size the driver and plan the feeds.
Where does it cut and how does it fit?
Cut only at the marked 35mm intervals. The strip is 12mm wide and the connector is 14mm wide. Check the profile’s internal channel and connector clearance before ordering. Install on a clean, dry surface and use a suitable aluminium profile to support the strip and disperse heat. Unroll the strip before switching it on.
Where can it be installed?
This IP20 strip is for dry interiors, including coves, shelving, display cabinets and media walls. Keep it away from water and splashes. Choose a suitable protected product for exposed or wet locations.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
ATOM LED offers product-specific warranties: 7 years on single-colour COB strip, 5 years on RGB and RGBW COB strip, and 4 years on LED neon flex. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Call 01952 370028 for warranty claims.
