Description
Long-Run Kitchen Cabinet Lighting – 20m COB Strip 24V IP20 suits extended cabinet walls, large islands and commercial joinery where fewer feed points are preferred. The 10mm strip creates a smooth COB light line, comes in five white tones from 2700K to 6500K and is offered in 1m–20m lengths.
When a long cabinet run is useful
This 24V strip uses 480 LEDs per metre at 7.5W/m and supports a maximum continuous run of 20m. Cut only at the marked 50mm (5cm) intervals.
Plan the load before installation
Can every length be cut anywhere? No. Use only the marked 50mm (5cm) cut positions.
How should a long run be powered? Calculate the full connected load, use compatible 24V constant-voltage equipment, allow the power-supply manufacturer’s required capacity margin and follow a suitable cable-sizing and voltage-drop plan.
Which colour temperature should I choose? 2700K and 3000K create a warm appearance, 4000K gives a balanced neutral light for preparation areas, and 5000K or 6500K looks progressively cooler.
What else is needed? Use a compatible 24V constant-voltage power supply and a correctly sized 10mm aluminium profile. A compatible controller is optional for dimming; power supplies, profiles and controls are sold separately.
Where can it be installed? IP20 is for dry indoor cabinetry only. Keep the strip away from sinks, splashes, steam and condensation, and have mains-side work completed by a competent installer.

Returns & Refunds
The 30-day return window applies to non-customised stock items returned in their original, unopened, uncut condition with original packaging. Eligible items include:
- Standard LED strip lights supplied as 5-metre rolls
- Straight aluminium profiles
- Power supplies and drivers
- Accessories (connectors, controllers, dimmers, end caps)
Custom-cut and bespoke orders (made-to-measure strip, custom-spec drivers, custom-length profiles, special-order items) are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty products qualify for free returns — we cover the return postage and either replace the item or refund the full cost including original delivery.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned item.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between IP65, IP67, and IP68?
IP65 handles surface splashes only and is not suitable for UK outdoor conditions or bathroom wet zones under BS7671. IP67 is rated for temporary immersion and covers outdoor garden installations, most bathroom zones, and exposed architectural features. IP68 handles continuous submersion for ponds, fountains, and fully exposed outdoor applications. For most UK garden and decking projects, IP67 is the correct choice.
Can I cut this product to a custom length?
Yes. ATOM LED products can be cut at the marked cut points without voiding the warranty. Many competitors restrict cuts to 50–100mm intervals, which wastes offcuts on tight custom runs. Use sharp scissors or a craft knife for a clean cut, then seal the end with a suitable end cap.
What size driver do I need?
Multiply the total metres by the wattage per metre, then add 20% headroom. For example: 10 metres of 24V neon flex at 9W/m = 90W total, so you need a minimum 108W driver. Never load a driver above 80% capacity for long-term reliability.
Should I choose 12V, 24V, or 48V?
Choose 12V for caravans, cars, boats, and any project powered by a 12V battery. Choose 24V for most home and trade installs where you need dependable run length with lower voltage drop. Choose 48V for longer architectural runs where extra distance and single-feed flexibility matter. For underwater or submerged installs, use IP68 Waterproof lights and the correct driver for that product; do not use 48V underwater.
What is your warranty?
